Case Study: Sushi Cake, Hershey Cake and Pan Cake formed a universal partnership of all present property. Hershey sold his entire partnership interest to Tutti Frutti. On the basis of the sale, Tutti demanded to see the partnership books and insisted on participating in the management of the partnership. His requests were denied by Sushi and Hershey insisting that Tutti is not a partner and therefore they have no obligation to grant his request. Feeling aggrieved, he filed with the court for the case of accounting.
