How might an organisation or a nation manage these for their individual workers, how might they minimise any breaches of international, national, state/territory, local legal and ethical considerations. 2) Australia's first people are the Aboriginal and / or Torres Strait Islander cultures.

Often, due to cultural diversity and in some cases the inability to reach remote people, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders are not able to make good use of community service offerings.
