Case study - Rosewall Facilities have an indoor pool and gym and have set aside two hours on two days of the week where the pool and gym are only open for female staff and clients to use. This timetable has come about due to the high number of requests from female staff and clients, which also includes an increasing number of Muslim women.

There have been complaints from several men (both staff and clients), suggesting that they should be allowed to use the facilities at all times, that they are being discriminated against and that Rosewall are breaking the law.  They were also not given any notice of the changes.
