Case Study: Throughout the course, research principles will be applied to real-world situations. The final project is designed to give you the opportunity to apply lessons learned in the course to your own future endeavors. Your final project will include developing your own study on a topic of your choice. This is a 5-8-page paper with an in-depth introduction tothe topic, appropriate design and protocol, and projected results based on previous research.

Question: Your project will be graded in the following areas:

• Introduction/literature review of previous research, stating your research question and the importance of your study.
• Design of the study, did you include all we need to know? Ask yourself whether someone can replicate your study. This includes participants, recruitment, how the study is conducted, what kind of study (randomized, quasi-experiment, etc.), and any other important information.
• Your paper should include a results section with projected results. Answer the question: What results do you think you will see and why?
• Your paper should finish with a discussion/conclusion section wrapping up everything. Include the limitations of your study.
