Question: You are a brand manager for Zehrs Markets Canada, and your major competitor is Food Basics. Select a branded product or product line. For example: You may choose washing detergent. Select a particular brand - Tide, for example. Compare the pricing and promotion of the brands between the 2 stores. (include promotional materials)

Compare where and how the brand is displayed between the stores. For example, does it make a difference to how you see the brand if it is displayed at eye level as opposed to at floor level? (Include packaging)

Make a connections between the target market of the store and the brand you have selected? (For example, some stores will not carry particular brands or products that do not connect with the target market)

What research and information you would need to gather and evaluate to support your marketing and communications strategic recommendations? Use Vividata, software to gather data

Develop a report of your observations from your visit to both stores, learnings and recommendations. You may include images, graphs, bullet points etc.
