Jennifer is a 28 year old female who is the single parent to two young girls age 8 and 6. She is currently 4 months pregnant with her third child by her ex-boyfriend. Jennifer has been referred to your services from the local child protective services office after giving custody of her children to her mother due to her active fetanyl and heroin addiction.  She reports that she currently abuses these two opiates 7 days out of a 7 day period . Her frequency and method of use is reported to be 70-80$ worth of the substance and often using 5-6x per day to ward of withdrawal symptoms of vomiting, shaking, dizziness, sweating and "feeling like I have the flu." She reports snorting the substance whenever she uses. During your assessment interview, Jennifer disclosed that her opiate usage began after socializing with her boyfriend who was an active opiate user. Per Jennifer, she did not intend to begin using the substance however about 6 months ago "after cleaning up the needles and product off the tables with my bare hands the fentayl went through my skin and before I realized it I was hooked." Once she found out she was pregnant, she and her boyfriend became estranged due to her inability to stop using while pregnant. She reports feeling overwhelmed, stressed and lonely however she is not suicidal.She is now in the preparation stage of change and reports that she has an appointment with a detoxification center tomorrow afternoon where she will begin methadone maintenance services to address her opiate addiction. Once she attends this appointment, she will be active in this outpatient program for a minimum of 6 months during which she will still be able to attend services in the community, obtain employment and participate in your addiction services freely. She is meeting with you today to begin relapse prevention services for her opiate addiction as she does not want to lose custody of her unborn child and would like to regain custody of her other two children.

Considering this information, answer the following:
