Case: Gene recently confided in one of his co-workers that he is gay. This information was then passed to another co-worker and eventually the whole team was aware of his sexual orientation. Since this became "general knowledge", one of his co-workers, Ron, has a habit of asking him about whether or not he had any "big dates" over the weekend. This has been going on regularly for the last month.
