I have to create the PowerPoint presentation for Issue in Organizational Staffing class. My topic will be on Charter communications and Time Warner Cable merger. I will only focus on developing the Staffing Model for Engineering department; you can choose only one type of engineering that you can find information for the research like software engineering, etc. I will need both PowerPoint and narrative parts

Here is the instruction; Each graduate student will complete a presentation regarding developing a Strategic Staffing Model and Plan for a company that has gone through a Merger and/or Acquisition.

The presentation will consist of a professional 20-25 minute analysis. You should use PowerPoint (or other technology) to create the recording and production of the topic, and presentations should be professional and engaging.During your presentation; you are also expected to follow Bloom's Taxonomy Guidelines, including a robust Literature Review.
