Two point charges of 800 nC and 400 nC are moving in a plane with velocities of 20,000 km/s and 50,000 km/s, respectively, in the same direction. If at one instant the 400-nC charge is at (0, 0, 0) and 800-nC charge is at (0, 0.1, 0), determine the ratio of the electric force to the magnetic force acting on the 800-nC charge at that instant. What is the total force experienced by the 800-nC charge? What is the ratio of electric force to magnetic force experienced by the 400-nC charge? What is the total force acting on the 400-nC charge? Is the total force acting on the two charges the same?
