Question: Structural equation modeling (SEM) is described in chapter two. It is helpful in examining a complex system. By design, SEM can analyze multiple levels of relationships, which are quite common in employee attitude at work. There are also several other analytical methods that are relevant to analyzing employee surveys such as correlation, regression, charts, graphs and many more.

Come up with an employee engagement survey -10 questions measuring 3 items. Engagement surveys measure many things- keep your focus on three. Explain why those three and how you would analyze.

First section identify what three items you are measuring

Second section what questions will you ask to measure the item ( use verifiable resources on these measurements- how do you know that they are measuring the item properly?)
