You will add this as a new journal entry to the Capstone Reflection Journal you began in PSY-520.

Instructions

I. In your textbook, Scientific Advances in Positive Psychology, read Chapter 8, "Taking Positive Psychology to the Workplace: Positive Organizational Psychology, Positive Organizational Behavior, and Positive Organizational Scholarship."

II. Open your ongoing Capstone Reflection Journal, which you saved in a Word document.

III. Title this new journal entry PSY-535 5.4 Learning About Life Coaching and Positive Psychology or I/O Psychology, <Day, Month, Year>.

IV. As you write your journal entry for this session, reflect on your capstone project, incorporating what you have learned about life coaching and positive psychology, or I/O psychology.

1. What progress have you made towards identifying a capstone project? What questions do you have about your capstone project?
