Although not due until the end of the class, it is important that you begin planning for this project early in the course. What are your initial thoughts about how you will approach this assignment? In reviewing the assignment list for each Unit, it appears that by performing the adequate research, saving the stated documents as instructed, we will have the necessary data to complete the assignment in Unit 5. At this time, I don't have any specific questions because each Unit assignment is detailed, provides specific instruction to be successful in completing the final assignment. The only minor concern, is finding enough data on the competitiveness of the selected company's human resources, but the solution is to start researching as soon as possible and utilize the time wisely.
