Education Psychological perspective.

Learning needs analysis to address the following from OFSTED report.

Teaching is too variable. Expectations of what pupils can and should achieve are not high enough. Improve teaching so that all groups of pupils make consistently good progress by ensuring that all staff have the highest expectations of what pupils can do.

Training on effective monitoring and evaluation tools and processes, coaching and mentoring.

Professional development programs on effective teaching and learning, mentoring and coaching for teachers.

Training on differential and personalised learning.
