To reduce theft at her grocery store, Ms. Abbie screens all her employees with a lie detector test that is known to be correct 95% of the time for both guilty and innocent employees (i.e. the probability that a guilty employee fails the test is 95% and so is the probability that an innocent employee passes the test). Ms. Abbie decides to fire all employees who fail the test. Suppose 5% of the employees are actually guilty of theft, answer the following 4 questions.
