3. The reality for most people is that they will never be the CEO or the top leader in their organization. Does this mean that they should give up? Explain your answer and why you think they should or should not give up.

• What are the prospects for you getting to the top of your career or organization and becoming the top leader in that group? What is your motivation to reaching the top? Or why would you not want to reach all the way to the top of your organization or career?

4.  How are you learning to lead or manage? What opportunities do you currently have or what can you do right now that could further develop your management and leadership skills?

5. Is not having the requisite experience a hindrance to you leading or managing an organization or department? Explain your answer and provide examples if necessary.
