Problem

You are employed as a Team Leader of volunteers at a local Neighbourhood Centre. A free community lunch is held twice a week and usually 50 people attend. A team of volunteers organize the lunch with your support, and most have been involved with the Centre for many years. After the lunch last week, Akeela, one of the people attending, complained about a conversation she overheard between two of the volunteers. Akeela tells you she heard the volunteers making racist comments about Africans and their large families moving into the area, relying on handouts and free lunches.
