William is a regular attendee of a once a month barbeque held at a community workplace. He is 76 years old and has a keen interest in socialising with just about everyone at the barbeque. For young female attendees at the barbeque, William will stand very close while talking to them. As the female attendee steps back, he will continue to step forward, allowing little space between them. William would also ask questions including "Are you married?" "Do you have a boyfriend? On one occasion, he asked a young attendee "Have you ever done it with a much older man?" This attendee complains to the manager, demanding that he is kicked out of the monthly barbeque
