PT. Indah Cemerlang is engaged in textile or clothing convection experiencing conflict between the company and employees. This conflict occurs because there is a miss communication between superiors and employees. There has been a change in company policy regarding the calculation of employee salaries or wages, but the company has not notified the employees, so employees feel they are being treated arbitrarily by the company. Employees took action by demonstrating the company, but this action resulted in massive layoffs by the company. Policy changes in companies in the southeast were due to a decrease in the number of company productivity.
