Question: To produce an architectural oral history of a domestic building (house, apartment), using a personal interview to establish that building's social use. From this interview, you will develop a descriptive discussion covering the basic architectural nature of the building (see below), and how the house was used by whom (and how many people) in a given time period. Then you will establish the house's "family" life, that is, what people did and what normal activities occurred in and around the house, particularly, in which indoor and/or outdoor spaces (porches, yards, fields, outbuildings).
