c. "Future Jobs Outlook 2030" - WEF, ZDNet, Khaleej Times

Use the readings, the material discussed in class, and in your assigned textbook readings Chapter 1-3 to complete Part A and B.

Part A -

Scenario: You are part of a government innovation team at the UAE President's office and you have been assigned to lead a team that will devise creative new ideas and strategies for the government to implement in efforts to help the next Emirati generation and the nation prepare for the changing job market.

Part B -

Scenario: You are an ADNOC executive and at a recent board meeting the Chairman expressed concern about the fall of the oil prices and the decrease in oil consumption and what that means for the company. You have been put in charge of an innovation team to conduct an exploratory study of how the company should position itself, what skills it needs, and how it can train its existing employees.

Question:
