Considering the ADA (Americans Disability Act) what are the pros and cons of hiring someone with a disability? ADA says a company must make reasonable accommodations. What are reasonable accommodations for an individual that is in a wheelchair, hard of hearing and is battling cancer? Keep in mind not all disabilities are visible.
