Perfection vs. Deadlines
Software typically has errors. Developers try to search thoroughly for defects, but they need to know when their efforts become unproductive. Please respond to the following:
What characteristics of the new or updated business information system would indicate that it is ready to move from development into production?
What other factors that might influence your decision?
