As she starts her assessment, she reviews several key areas she feels the client needs to understand before moving into the clinical portion. Kim reviews confidentiality and what it means. She discusses when she can break confidentiality and when she is ethically and legally required to do so. 2. What other ethical areas besides confidentiality and consent should Kim be aware of while conducting assessments with her clients?
