You have been assigned to care for a 70-year-old female with congestive heart failure who was admitted complaining of headaches with nausea and vomiting. Her medication regimen currently consists of furosemide (Lasix) 80 mg orally daily and digoxin (Lanoxin) 0.5 mg daily. She is on a low sodium diet. She is being worked up for possible causes of her headaches and nausea/vomiting episodes.
