Writing Assignment

For the first writing assignment you are expected to write a one page essay, use 12 font, double space, and do not spend more than two lines on your title, which should include your name.

Option1: The changing structure of the American economy.

What occupation did your grandparents do? Choose a grandparent (or great grandparent) who worked in an occupation that is different than it was years ago. For example a teacher is pretty much the same as in the past but a manufacturer or farmer is different. Describe their daily job? What sector did they work in? Would you like their job? Why or why not? What do you plan to do? Is your potential job going to be a good job in the future? Do you think that the changes in America's structure will make your life better or worse?

Option 2: Writing Assignment 1

For your first writing assignment you will elaborate on one of the questions from assignment one. You will write a one-page opinion. The writing assignment will be 12 font, typed, and uploaded to the professor on the date due. The article must be in your words. All you need at the top of your page is your name and the question you have chosen.
