Question

A 55 year old female presents to the outpatient clinic at the hospital for a follow up after her recent hospitalization for a hyperglycemia episode secondary to a UTI which was treated in the hospital, CKD. She has completed her antibiotic and is here for a recheck U/A. The patient reports that she thought that her incontinence would have improved following the completion of her antibiotic but it doesn't seem any better. She says she is wondering if there is something she can do because "I just haven't been able to have anyone address it with me". Her fasting blood sugar in the office today is 120. Her last several GFRs were as follows: 1 week ago 62, 1 month ago 80, 3 months ago 72. what non-pharmacological interventions you can offer this patient for her incontinence?
