A solid sphere of mass m= 5 kg and radius 3 cm is released from rest, from the top of a loop-the-loop track at a height H above the ground. What must the height H be if it is to make it over the top of the loop without falling off. Assume that for the solid spere I = 2/5 MR2. Please show steps.
