Objective of this Discussion: To discuss what leadership styles are considered most motivating to followers using motivation theories differentiated in the course readings.

In module 5 you looked at what a leader can do to establish a framework that will encourage a follower to become motivated. 

Realistically, someone cannot simply motivate another through some kind of force of will - they can only create a framework that supports motivation and might be specifically designed to be motivating for a particular individual, but in the end it's up to the individual to decide if they will become motivated. This module provided you with some of the potential frameworks that support motivation.
