Employee motivation impacts organizational behavior by simply establishing a better overall mood for employees. If employees are motivated and happy then generally they should be more productive and organized. I think the biggest motivational impact for employees has to be salary and working conditions. If employees get paid well and enjoy their place of work because it has a nice break room or everyone has their own designated work space it will have an overall positive impact on their motivation. If an organization has no break room or a small dirty one with crammed work spaces where employees are working on top of one another it will lead to miserable unmotivated employees.
