I expect you to provide at least 1 summary per day. If you choose a behavior that occurs more frequently, providing more detail will only help you later. You need to do a thorough, good job of tracking your behavior over this 20-day period in order to successfully complete the subsequent assignments.

At a minimum, I expect to know:

1. Where the behavior occurred?

2. What you were doing before/during/after the behavior?

3. Who you were with (parent/sibling/partner/friend-I do not need to know their names)?

4. What motivated you to engage in the behavior?

5. What made it hard to engage in the behavior?

6. Any additional stressors you were experiencing.

7. For each of the 20 days. You must use the coding system you developed, plus provide the information I have asked for above.

8. You may provide me this information in whatever manner is easiest for you-- a chart, small paragraphs, etc-- some behaviors will better lend themselves to different methods. It needs to be done in a way that will later be quantifiable and analyzable.
