The focus of this homework is to locate an existing physical literacy assessment for older adults online. Try to find something Canadian related!!!!! Although some exist, they are not always easy to find, especially if links become broken or inactive. Thus, you may decide to use a physical literacy assessment that was originally designed for a different population (i.e., youth) such as the CAPL or PLAY (look at files!!!!!!) The preference is that you have 1 or 2 older adults complete the assessment you have chosen with you as the administer of the instrument. If you only have one older adult who can perform the assessment, the second person can be of a different age. If you do not have access to any older adults, that is ok, let me know and we can discuss options.

Write a two-page report on how the assessment related to (or not) the concept of physical literacy for older adults. What modifications would you suggest or did you make? You will want to incorporate information about your participants, how they did, and perhaps comments they provided. Include the assessment in the appendix. Get the instant assignment help.
