Assignment:

What considerations are important when building a team? Should I work to build a team that thinks and or acts the same way I do? What might be advantages or drawbacks for this philosophy? As a team, how do we find a leader? If I am appointed leader, but the team seems to follow someone else easier, what happens? Am I really the leader at that point? Would it seem a virutal team would be easier or more difficult?

Research, locate an article and report on teams and teamwork. There are many examples in business, sports, and other areas of our lives. Also, it doesn't have to be a successful team. We can learn much from failures. Try to find an article that discusses issues that may relate to your current situation. i.e. student team member at work or school, leader of some organization, etc.

Do not use it as your sole resource but, you may reference the following website or other research you have found.

Current events will be at least 3 -4 paragraphs to receive full credit.

The assignment will consist of
