White Castle's success lies in its devoted customers, unique product design, efficient service, and low- prices. Those customers have become passionate in their loyalty to tasting those little squares burgers, prepared by steam rather than fire.

White Castle's history shows that a fast-food company can be very successful without copying others in the industry. it also shows the importance of promotion and innovation. However, some say that the company has failed to capitalize on the uniqueness of its product offering, possible new product and service development and the loyalty of its customers. Answer the following questions:
