The prefabricated granny flats is the proposed business idea. Granny's flats are seen as a high yield low investment idea of many homeowners. They have an initial average investment of around 100k they can rent it out on an average $350 per week in depending on the location. The prefabricated idea allows homeowners to build granny flats at a lower cost, if the average is 100k we need to be able to lower the cost as possible since on site cost and labour will be minimum and the duration will be much lower too. The prefabricated granny flats will be designed and built off site and only require minimum work on site to set it up. With an average rent of $350 a week, the investors are expected to return their full investment within the first 5 years.
