What makes a leader a Christian leader? Too many churches and para-church groups operate under secular leadership principles and strategies without considering what Scripture teaches. Each leader needs to create and understand a working definition of Christian leadership based on the Bible. Leadership begins from the inside out, from godly character and commitment to pure motives and a servant attitude. By engaging with a series of audits you will be able to evaluate yourself on various leadership components, find your strengths and see what areas you need to work on to grow as a leader.
