As you approach to try to calm things down, Kyle glares at Sandi and says "I've totally had it with the lack of respect I get around here. Today, that changes!" He then turns and leaves. Sandi rolls her eyes and shakes her head. "Just Kyle being Kyle," she says. "He's been worse since his wife left him and took the kids. Probably because he's always angry is my guess." Then she returns to her cubicle. Should you advise your supervisor of their interaction?
