After you make your original post, please respond to two classmates regarding what you learned from their post, what you found insightful, and/or what you would like to hear more about. For this assignment, read the brief case "When Structural Change is Not Enough" starting on page 184 in our textbook, Organizational Behavior: Real Research for Public and Nonprofit Managers.
Leverage what you read in Chapter 9 and in the Module to complete the two bullets from the book (p. 184):
"Thinking about what you have learned about organizational culture, help Latrina think through some questions that she needs to consider" (p. 184).
"Propose five questions she could bring to an organizational consultant to help her more effectively manage the nonprofit's growth" (p. 184).
Leverage what you read in Chapter 10 and in the Module about power and ethics to respond to the following:
Question 1: What levels of authority must be noted or addressed by Latrina (or her organization) when trying to create change in these regards?
