Although the textbook more fully explained Title VII of the Civil Right Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Guidelines on Sexual Harassment (1980), and others, there are many more.

Table 3.1 in your textbook provides a partial list.

There are also Executive Orders that support diversity, equity, and inclusion, such as the following:
