You see that this same student nurse has posted about Mr Anabtawi on Facebook, with a photo of his feet, identifying him by name, identifying the facility, and commenting "Ewww! The downside of nursing: toenails!!!" You immediately tell the student nurse that this is a breach of confidentiality. He tells you that if you report him, he'll report you for sharing information about Mr Anabtawi in front of everyone in the staffroom. You both face disciplinary action but the student nurse tells you he won't say anything if you keep quiet, too.
