Case Study: Your signature assignment is the most important assessment tool for this course, so please spend enough time on it to
make it a representation of your skills and what you've learned in this course. The signature assignment will be
submitted in three parts:
Part 1: You will submit a Word document that contains a cover page, a table of contents, and a reference page thatincludes most of the sources you will use for writing this paper. Hint - you will need to do research based on theinstructions and that is how you will know what sources to use and what your table of contents will contain. Part 1 isdue in Week 8 on Sunday.
Part 2: You will submit a Word document that presents all your answers/analysis/recommendations for the topic of thisassignment. See detailed instructions below. This assignment is due in Week 9 on Sunday.
Part 3: You will submit a PowerPoint Presentation of your signature assignment. You will record the presentation withinPowerPoint. It is your responsibility to make sure the recording works on any device. The instructor will not adjust yourpresentation if you did not check for compatibility, especially if you are using an Apple device and do not have MS Officeinstalled (paid version for Apple). The presentation is due on Sunday in Week 10.
Assignment:
Question 1. Choose a business you would like to form.
Question 2. What is the business and in what industry?
Question 3. What legal structure of business will you choose and why?
Question 4. Research your industry and provide an industry analysis which should discuss relevant trends.
Question 5. Describe 2-3 potential legal issues that you believe the industry will face within the next 20 years. Please describe the issues, what law will apply, and how the court will find on each legal issue. (Minimum of 2 paragraphs for each legal issue).
Question 6. For each legal issue, describe how your business will either prevent this legal issue before it happens or react to these legal issue as they arise in the future.
