You are in a HR management role and just recently a few of the staff in the company have complained that they are being underpaid, working conditions are not the best, some feel discriminated against and 2 part-time staff have been laid of without warning or notice. 

There is also a general consensus that upper management treat staff with lack of respect and caring.The staff are looking to you for help. 

Explain the steps you would take to over come the above situation.
