Presume that in April of 2005, Sally Gant who is African-American was looking for rental housing for herself and her son. Gant saw a phone number in a studio house about an available unit. She termed the number from her workplace. The phone number was for a business possessed by Mark Armstrong. Armstrong is as well the sole owner of the apartment building where Gant sought to rent one of the units. According to Gant a secretary put her review through to Armstrong so that Armstrong could discuss the terms of the rental with her.
