For this post-test, you have been tasked with writing a report for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (https://www.eeoc.gov/) for the sake of detailing the current state of discrimination and inequality in your own industry or, if you don't currently work, in the industry in which you intend to work.

Question 1: What kinds of discrimination exist in your industry? How does this discrimination manifest itself? In what aspects and levels of the industry is it most prevalent? Which groups are the ones who are primarily subjected to this discriminatory behavior? Provide a grade (between A and F, with A being the best and F being the worst) for how rampant and severe the discrimination within your industry is. Justify this grade with convincing reasons.
