Examples include but are not limited to cancer, multiple sclerosis, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), lupus, fibromyalgia, and congestive heart failure. You will interview this person using the eight questions proposed by Arthur Kleinman regarding the explanatory model of illness.
