Read the "Horizon Consulting" case on pages 97-99 of your textbook.
After reading the case, answer the following questions:
- How successful was the post-meeting? - What factors contributed to the success or failure of the post-meeting? - What kind of project management structure does Horizon use? Is it the right structure? Explain.
