You've been appointed Project manager in a software development firm. Your organization takes up large scale projects for multi-national organization ranging from building their online security systems to designing customized software. Being a project manager you've to manage teams/groups and will be responsible for their performance.

(a.) As you're new to the role and are required to build a good team in order to succeed. Identify the stages of effective group development and what importance do they carry? Also, how will you ensure that each stage is a positive contributor towards team's performance?

(b.) Every group or team faces multiple conflicts among them, in your opinion are conflicts good for the overall performance of the team? Also, identify and explain the different techniques for managing conflict at workplace.

(c.) Being a project manager, you'll have to manage your and your team's performance, what kind of managerial style will you adopt to achieve your goal?
