Imagine you are a sale director of the export department for a medium size enterprise producing organic cosmetics - exclusively for women - in your own country. Your firm is relatively well known in your country and recently had plan to develop in Europe. The first step would be to negotiate the price and shipping condition of a large volume of your best-selling product with a large distributor of cosmetic product in Germany (or in a any neighbor country eg. France, The Netherlands if your own country is Germany). You start preparing the negotiation:
