M. Khalid owns a large custom auto body shop in Fresno, California. She needs to raise $3,200,000 to add on to the shop for an expected increase in business next year for luxury autos and has decided to issue bonds in her business.

Ms. Khalid has very little inventory and does not own much of her equipment or facilities thus she has little to no assets that she can pledge to a lender. All the company has is it's general credit worthiness.
