The final paper for this class is a personal reflection paper in which you will include a detailed personal SWOT analysis.
For this paper, apply all of the concepts that you have learned in this class to yourself. By that I mean that you should look at:
What your beliefs where coming into this class about management
What you believe management means
What it takes to be a good management person
What your beliefs are leaving this class
Where do you see yourself?
What are your strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats?
Based on what you have learned can you develop a strategy to strengthen your weaknesses?
What about eliminate your threats and maximize your opportunities?
Requirements
Your paper should be 5-6 pages, and incorporate 3-4 resources. Feel free to use information that you have used in managerial interviews or any of the prior papers that you have written. However, be careful not to cut and paste pieces of prior papers together to make a new one. Using the same information is one thing, but you should keep in mind that this is an altogether new analysis that requires personal insight and thought.
