A 55 year old patient presents with c/o of chest pain left side with deep breath for the past 3 days. Mild SOB with exertion. Long range truck driver who just got back into town from a long run. No history of injury. No cough or fever. Temp 98.2 F. BP 148/92. Pulse 110. O2 sat on room air 92%. Nonsmoker. Mild shortness of breath when talking, otherwise no acute distress. Lungs clear. LE: no edema. Based on this information, what is your primary differential diagnosis?
